Graphic Design Graphic design is done in-house on a G3 Power Macintosh. Applications used are Quark-Xpress®, Adobe Photoshop®, Adobe Illustrator®, and Adobe ImageReadyTM. Acceptable media are CD-ROMs, Iomega® ZipTM 100 disks, 3.5" floppy disks, or by FTP or e-mail download.
Invoices are delivered with each order, unless otherwise requested. Monthly statements contain summary of invoices as well as a copy of each invoice if requested. Quarterly or semi-annual account reviews are also available upon request.
Digital archiving of manuals and documents enables immediate recall of files to active status for print-on-demand capability. On-site warehousing of specialty stocks and customer shells shortens run lengths to immediate requirements, enabling document updating and reducing customer inventory.
Free local pick-ups and deliveries are handled by in-house drivers or one of our approved delivery partners. All shipments outside of Austin, Texas are FOB and will be sent according to your shipping specifications. For further information please contact us at us371@alphagraphics.com.
